Our tour guide will welcome you at your hotel and start your Hanoi tour with Ho Chi Minh complex, a not only historical place in Hanoi, but also charming part of French colonial architecture, including: Beautiful Mausoleum for our lovely leader - Uncle Ho(close on Monday and Friday). It is time for lunch on your own account. If you are street food lovers, our tour guide will take you to wander around the food streets. Your afternoon tour in Hanoi is followed with 5 charming courtyards of the 1000 year old university in Vietnam where you learn about old Vietnamese education system since 1076. Then, see Ngoc Son temple on a small island and walk around Hoan Kiem lake - the most beautiful of 52 lakes in Hanoi. Enjoy waterpuppet show. Today, your Hanoi vacation will be highlighted with UNESCO Natural Heritafe Site - Tam Coc. After a beautiful breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked for the journey south of Hanoi for great experience on the countryside of the Red River delta. You are ready for many nice photoes of local farmers working on their fields. After 2hour drive, you will arrive in Tam Coc. Take a boat trip to explore stunning scenery along Ngo Dong river where the French and Vietnamese couple in love is lying on boat in the famous movie - Indochine by French director - Régis Wargnier.

Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant( this area is famous with goat-meat. If you want to try, please inform us). Continue your Hanoi vacation with Bich Dong pagoda with three levels from the bottom to the top of the mountain, offering the panorama view of the area. Drive back to your hotel for overnight in Hoa Lu.

 

7:45 Say goodbye to Tamcoc for the journey to Halong Bay. This destination is the highlight for not only Hanoi vacation but also all Vietnam tours. On arrival at noon time, the cruise staff welcome you with a cold drink and check-in for you. You will be impressed with the first view from the shore. Do not take photoes to save the memory cards for more wonderful shots later-on. You are welcomed onboard and ready to experience your Halong bay tour. Our great Vietnamese lunch is served but many clients of ours do not pay much attention because the cruise is on the way to tour Halong bay through hundreds of naturally sculpted limestone islands rising from emerald water.

The cruising route passes Cho Da, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi, Mam Xoi, Ong Tien, CU Rua... and about 15: 15 get off your cruise for relax on white sand beach or a 330 steps to a nearby summit of Tit Top island for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with golden sails or sunbathing on sundeck. Go swimming on a quite beach. Continue your Halong bay tours to a floating village to discover the life of the local fishermen. Later unwind at restaurant for a lavish dinner.
